Flash Developer/Designer to build out a new casual gaming experience. Emphasis in video/FLV publishing experience and solid actionscript experience with a strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming.
* Develop and implement interactive Flash applications to support major online properties
* Integrate into existing website using a variety of data sources and Content Management System
* Ensure all Flash experiences meet business objectives, deliver creative direction, and are optimized for highest performance
* Use iterative design techniques to improve designs over each project’s lifecycle
* Communicate with Business Analysts, Product Managers and Web Designers
* Portfolio of Flash design and development work required
* 3-5 years of experience developing dynamic, Flash-based customer experiences, experience in online media a plus
* Advanced ActionScripting skills required
